Debonairs Pizza
Not satisfied with service

Yesterday, 2nd of June, I went to Debonairs Durbanville for take away pizzas etc. I ordered 2 standard pizzas, one a 4 seasons and the other a Sweet and Sour chicken. Because my wife is allergic to green peppers, I specifically requested the staff not to add green pepper to the Sweet and Sour Chicken pizza... this request was also indicated on the order slip. I also saw a special on side orders called beg for mores, and decided to order that as well, and chose the 3 cheeses variant. 15 min later my order was done, and I left the shop to go home. Upon arrival, I discovered that the side order was a ham variant (we do not eat ham for religious reasons) and thus we could not eat that, secondly, both pizzas' dough was raw... yet it came from the oven... and thirdly, a large piece of green pepper was in the middle of my wife's pizza, which made her reluctant to eat it as she was not sure whether there were any other green pepper pieces present.
This is not the first time that I'm not satisfied with Debonairs service, but this time there was numerous errors made.
