Hi,

This is now the third time this is happening to me at the same branch. I arrived at McD's Woodmead to purshase breakfast thi morning (24/052013). I purshased 2x meal items namely a big breakfast and a mega mcmuffin. I went through the drive thru, ordered, paid at the cashier and went too pick up my order at the next window. I received my order and drove away. after driving more than 10 km it hits me, so I decide to check my order and realised that In was only given the big breakfast. In the past (the last 2 instances this happened) I drove away because I was either rushing somewhere or late for something, but today I turned back (you can imagine the inconvenience) and when I arrived at the branch the staff didn't seem to care less of what had happened. The just gave me my mega mcmuffin and I drove off. It seems like every time I am at this branch in future (if ever I'm there again) I will always need to check my order before leaving and not take it for granted that my order is correct. Very unprofessional.
