NEVER AGAIN -JOHN DORYS SUNCOAST CASINO

My family and I decided to visit John Dory's at Suncoast casino on Wednesday evening the 20/03; to our disappointment the staff are not properly trained as when the waiter was asked what flavour/sauces are used to grill the prawns his answer was shellfish ;its a shellfish. Anyways when our foods arrives my wife kept complaining it seems as my there is something wrong with my food ;upon looking at the prawns served the shells had a bad texture and some shells had green spots on them. I called the waitor asked him to recify the situation and to my surprise he takes the same prawns and burns them and brings them back. I then called for the manager (Justin) he comes to me after a 15 minutes wait and so casually brushed of my complain saying ok let me get u the same amount of prawns in you plate replaced as a take away if you dont want to stay and the prwans are of best qualtiy cause of the quantity served, sorry but I am not stupid there has to be atleast some cases of spoilt food;out of 10 prawns 4 was in the shell basket obviosly cause it was spoilt ;I took the liberty of taking the "spoilt " prawns with me and have placed them in the freezer cause I wont let John dorys get away.
