On the 27th May i went to John Dory's at Galleria, i have a Double Deal card and wanted to use it there, i had called and made a reservation and then went into the restaurant.
The waitress approached us to take our orders, upon ordering a starter meal, she advised us that there was NO PRAWNS, as the delivery had not come in.
Then she says we will make a plan to make the starter, so i said to the waitress, we came her to eat PRAWNS, so if yourl do not have any then i might as well go to eat elsewhere, as i was getting ready to leave the manager comes to us saying that the PRAWNS have just arrived we can have our meal.
We sat ordered our meals and ate, when the bill came it was not part of the double Deal special by then i was to of with they service. How can a place that specialise in sea food not have what is on the menu, and how can the staff not know about they double deal special. This is the worst service ever.
