Bad Prepartion of food

Good day,

On the 12th of May 2013, we visited John Dory's in Suncoast Casino for Mother's Day Lunch. We were seated within 20 minutes and everything was going well. My wife and her mum placed an order for prawn and calamari. When the food arrived, we began to eat and found the calamari was undercook and practically raw. In additon the chips served on the side was refried in my opinion. She then call the waiter and advised him, they took the food to recook and then served it back to us. The meal was still not at all good.

When we wanted to order desert, we were told that we could not share. So unsatisfied we asked for the bill and left.

The prepartion of the food and accomdation of the waiter, was very frustrating. It is sad to see the poor lack of respect in prepartion and serving of food to customers who pay very good money to eat out and then left wanting another meal. Chips being refried and calamari and prawns was ill prepared and very distasteful.

I will not eat there again. In addition given the economic times, the difference between sales, service and presentation of food, will make a difference.
