Debonairs Pizza
Manager attitude was very bad

Good evening,

I went to a sunning dale debonairsnpizza and ordered 2 hot subs, cheese grillers and 2 small pizza in a club flavor. I waited more than 15 minutes in my car and when I went back, I was given a wrong order. Instead of the manager to come and apologize to me he expected that I take the wrong order through the frontline staff and he continued assisting other customers without saying a word to me. When I asked for the correct order, the manager asked me whether I will be able to wait and I said yes and still he saw no opportunity to apologize to me. I was then the last customer after several customers left after me and all was important to him was to go and count stock whether checking that I will receive the right stock as a results these pizzas were not the same with toppings. The second pizza lacked toppings completely it was full of sauce. The only thing the store was concerned about was to go home as a result there was no taste of a club pizza on them.

I am really disappointed with the service I received in this store, especially the attitude of the branch manager.
