Spur disappointed my little girl

My little girl really wanted to go to the Spur for her birthday. The food was not great, but we had no problems about that. She quickly went to the bathroom, and then the waiters game to sing. They didn't even notice that so was not there. On our return we asked the waiter if he can organise the singing again. We asked him 4 times. Later on we asked for the bill. Even that took half an hour. I spoke to two managers about the poor service and they didnt even wanted to make her birthday special and organise the happy birthday singing song. It was 14h30. I am so disappointed in the spur. I left a really upset customer.
