No regard for customers

This morning I went to McDonalds in Bellville. Upon entering I saw the cheeseburger advertised on the board is R10.00. I proceeded to order me two cheeseburgers, which was rang up as R24.00. I enquired why the amount is displayed as R24.00 and not R20.00. They apologised and said they would change the amount. I said that I do not wish to pay the R4.00 extra, seeing as I saw the product for R2.00 less. The supervisor Nombulelo was called and said she can't do anything and they can't give me the R4.00 as the cashier would be short. A supervisor, worried that the cashier will be short (a shortage which could be explained and accounted for), rather than an unhappy customer leaving? Seriously service is one of your main focus points. I want this sorted immediately and want my refund, even though the amount is insignificant, it's the principle!!!
