Uncooked burger patty

I bought a Rib Burger Meal and an Awesome Burger Meal.
I firstly had to ask for my second meal as they only gave me one. When I got home, I cut the burger open and it was beyond gross. The patty was completely uncooked inside.

The service and quality at the Rondebosch branch has seriously gone down.

Refund please
