TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

We visited the Featherbrook Village branch of Ocean Basket on Friday evening (15/03/2013) for supper. The place was not overly occupied but the service received was horrendous. We waited for almost an hour for our food after placing the order. The table infront of us was eating their starters when we arrived. They finished their mains and desserts and we were still waiting. I complained to the manager on duty and he never showed much interest. After we eventually ate, we had to wait for almost ten minutes just to sort the bill out. I even wrote how horrible the service was on the bill and the manager read it and didnt say a word. I was under the impression that feedback was important to any business. I will not visit that branch ever again and I would rather go to Clearwater Mall for professional service.
