So on this lovely Sunday, my family and I decide we going out to have supper, we arrive at ocean basket and all is fine, we ordered and than things started, first of all we waited long for food, the store wasn't that busy so there was no reason to wait that long, it took about 20-30min to get our food. We had supper not to satisfied with the service but what else could we do, we wanted to get out of that place ASAP so we asked for the bill not wanting anything else, the bill was delivered and I had a look at it, this was when I saw that service fee was put on my bill, I never saw that before at any ocean basket, so I called the waiteress so she could explain that to me, when she said it's her tip, she MUST get 10% of my bill! And she whispered through the whole time while explaining, I didn't want to call the manager because I had my family and I didn't want to upset them further, it's been the worst experience ever, and I won't recommend anybody to go there. I had on such a beautiful Sunday evening. This is disgusting. I never thought I would have my family go thru this, and to think my bill came up to R900 cause of her tip! It's ridiculous!!! Very unhappy!
