Spur Steak Ranches
Poor service!!!

A group of 10 people went to Spur, Fordsburg on the 17th March 2013. We placed our order at about 8:30 and after 1 hour our food had still not been served. Most customers had already left, the restaurant was almost empty. We enquired about how long it would take before our food would arrive and were then told that they had forgotten to prepare our order and were going to start preparing at 9:30!!! We had kids with us and they have school the next day so we were not prepared to wait, i was most dissatisfied with the service!! No one informed us that we would have to wait so long, also waiting for over an hour for our order is just ridiculous!!! We left without even eating... After this incident i will not go to any Spur branch in a hurry!!!
