Bug in milkshake, shocking service!

Recently I purchased a milkshake at the petroport N1 north branch. Following slow and very unfriendly service, My first sip contained a rather large bug that went squish and crunch and tasted fowl! As I was standing at the counter still, I called California (the server on duty who had made the shake and served me) over and pointed out to her the bug which i had spat out. She just looked at me and picked up my cup and bug to throw it away. I asked her to leave it in the counter and please call the manager. She did and he totally ignored me and told her make another one, as if this was the most normal thing in the world! I then told californai that i wanted a refund, which was given to me by the manager. I received no acknowledgment from the manager, no aopology from either California or the manager! This service was shocking, not to mention disgusting that the bug was in there! Needless to say I will no longer be purchasing from there again - a route I drive frequently. Infuriatingly shocking!
