Extremely bad service!!!

Firstly all the signage says open for business 24 hours which will imply all services rendered for that time period, but at this branch it is not me and my wife walked in to the branch at 00:30am as we arrived two men left we stood at the counter looking at the so called manager and till lady having a chat about something not even acknowledging us as customers then after I said there is no service the till lady asked "what's your order''
so I said two caramel mc flurries and extra large chocolate milkshake she did not reply the manager came and said the machine is switched off till tomorrow..

really this is so unprofessional as always when I go at this time there is ice cream and milkshake the staff is unfriendly do not know how to work with very frequent clients (I will be rethinking my choice of using your restaurant from now on) what makes things worse they did not even apologise for there behaviour.

someone need to intervene!!!
