Shocking service

The staff at steers musgrave centre have on more than one occasion not been at the counter to take orders. When the staff eventually grace customers with their presence they are so busy talking to one another or simply just not interested they don't even get the order correct. I ordered and paid for an extra thick milkshake- my milkshake was not even thick let alone extra thick. The poor service including incorrect orders has occurred on more than one occasion and has persisted notwithstanding a complaint to the manager. Due to the consistent lack of service delivery The bad attitude of the staff incorrect orders and managements lax attitude I will no longer be going to steers musgrave and I recommend that other patrons go elsewhere.
