Krusher without yoghurt?

We went to the KFC in the Vaal mall, Vanderbijlpark to buy krushers. normally there is a sign up on the board by the drive through to say "limited variats available"(which is also a irritation as there is seldom krushers available).

With our luck there was no paper stick to the board and we ordered 3x Very berry krushers and went to the next window, there was a lady called Refiloe that told us they do not have the krushers available. I told her that there is no paper on the board to say that there is not krushers available, her response to me was "yes there is no paper" I asked her what is the solution now and she said she will make us the krushers without yoghurt since we want it so bad! She had such a bad attitude.

And another thing according to the consumer law, KFC declined a offer of acceptance. I am a consumer and would like to have a krusher when it is advertised.
