Horrible Food for an international restuarant

This is to let others know about the CTFM in Canal Walk. I first went to this branch in November 2012 with their birthday special and was very happy with the service and the food that I decided to have my husband's birthday dinner there as well - that was 28 February 2013. I didn't have a problem with the service from the waiter but the food we had was far from what was experienced in November. The calamari we had, was tough and rubbery, which we mentioned to the manager and he replaced one serving of calamari which was totally different. The first batch served was left over from earlier in the day and they just deep fried it again. The salmon was dry and nowhere near flaky and the chips were spread out on half of the plate - I could actually count how many chips there were on the plate. That was definitely my last time I will visit CTFM - it was a total disappointment and it spoiled the birthday celebration for myself, my husband and our company. Thank you CTFM.
