The quality of all our meals was just wicked

We were a party of 7 people who had dinner at the CTFM in Eastgate on Monday 9/4/2013. Apart from one persons sushi meal, all the meals we were served were of the poorest quality and the worst we have had in a long while. 6 People had platters and they were all just bad. The veggies looked and tasted days old, the fish cakes were like sawdust and tasteless, the mussels () were old and tough and served in a tasteless lifeless white sauce, the prawns did'nt even taste like prawns, they had an old cooked taste and were pulpy and the calamari was tasteless but tender. It is hugely disappointing in these hard times to think that restaurants can even think of serving patrons this quality of food. Our bill was R1485. A heavy price to pay for badly presented meals. When I phoned to complain I was merrily told that I should have complained about all this at the time and not the next day. Very sad indeed CTFM, I'm hugely disappointed.
