Manager slams phone in consumer's ea

I was completely and utterly horrified today by the terrible service I got from the manager Matthew at Papachino's in Silverlakes. I phoned the restaurant to make a booking for a breakfast. We were going to be 13 adults and 11 kids all of them under 12 years of age. When I asked to make the booking I was told that their policy is that they only take a booking for 12 people. I then asked if they could do anything to accommodate us, the answer was NO. I must admit that I find it very strange that as a customer they wouldn't do anything to assist us. I then asked if the manager could give me a call. When he phone, he was completely rude, and gave me an earful on how their policy works. He said that they are not there to make money, but to keep customers happy, in which I replied.."but I'm not happy, and you are doing nothing to remedy my situation" he then shouted at me and told me that I don't know how to talk to people and that he is loosing his temper with me, and then slammed the phone in my ear!!! I am deeply concerned that people with this type of attitude are even allowed to work in the hospitality industry, let alone manage a family restaurant!
