Papachino's
Worst restaurant experience ever!

I am a big fan of the Papachino's in Midrand and Clearwater.
I often take family, friends and A LOT of business customers there.

But i was deeply embarrased when taking my whole family (and extended family) to Papachino's in Silver Lakes. Extremey slow service. The waiter forgot to place our order, leaving us waiting an hour for our food. After which the manager comes and make up a pathetic about the schnitsel and how busy they were. The restaurant was half empty!

There was no attempt made to rectify their mistake, leaving us again waiting 20min for drinks.
To top it off, the food was cold and dry when it finally arrived.
