Worst burger eve

Today on 28 Aug i bought 2 x cheese burger combos. The patty was cold, half raw and unsalted. The bottom half of the bun was soaked and mushy as if the bbq sauce was laid on it last night. Never had such a gross burger from steers ever!!! It tasted a lot closer to half boiled then flame grilled...
