SPOILT CHICKEN AND DISCOURTEOUS ATTITUDE

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Chicken Licken store in Verulam. On Monday 06/05/2013 I purchased a few items including a six piece large wings. On arrival at home I discovered a hot wings an awful smell. I broke a second piece and that too smelt revolting. The third piece smelt fine but I dared not eating any of it due to probable contamination. I kept a whole piece as evidence and threw the rest. It was rather later to address the complaint.

The next day I called the store and stated my case with the day shift manager Mr Sameer Cassim who promised to investigate and fetch the sample from home but that did not materialise. On Wednesday I popped in the store and spoke to the manager again.

He indicated to me he investigated the matter and did not find anything wrong, He indicated that there is nothing he can do about it. He also asked me to produce a slip. This I unfortunately did not have as the attendant that served me retained the slip on collection of the chicken. The manager inferred that he does not care and dared me to take it further. This is exactly what I am doing.
