Disgusting service from waitor and Manage

Groupon South Africa made a special for scrooge diner for "All you can eat ribs for R75.00 for 2 people with starch and garlic bread." I booked 3 vouchers as I had 6 guests. I spoke to Portia and booked for the 23/02. Upon arriving, they did not know where to seat us and wanted to place the 6 of us in a 4 seated table! the waiter (he did not have a name badge) was EXTREMELY RUDE to us! we ordered our drinks and he would give us dirty looks and just stare at us as if we did something wrong! my boyfriend had to ask for a vanilla milkshake 3 times, I asked for orange juice and was given grapetiser. when i complained was given such a dirty look and not even an apology! The garlic bread was so tough that I could hit someone with it! It was flaky and there was barely any garlic! THE 1st set of ribs was juicy and big, however, the second round seems as though they were giving us leftovers. it was cold, dry and hard! I phoned Patricia (manager) on 25/02 and she said she would address the matter. She sugarcoated the explanation saying they would never give leftover ribs even if its a special. she took my details, to which i haven't heard from since! THIS IS PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING!!
