The House Of Ribs
HOUSE OF RIBS TERRIBLE CHRISTMAS LUNCH 2013

We arrived, all five of us, at 11:25am at the infamous House of Ribs on the 25th December 2013 and were promptly seated at our reserved table. The place was packed to the rafters with people and one could barely move around or hear each other chat over the table. As we ordered our drinks I asked the waitress to confirm with me how the lunch will be served because I was not told by Tobias any further information regarding the lunch on the day I paid the deposit. She told me there is one line for the carvery and I must just take my ticket through when collecting my food, however, there would be no Ribs. When I heard that I was taken back and confused so I called Tobias over to my table and asked him what is going on and why there are no ribs? He just told me they did not plan for it and it would simply be a carvery buffet. I was fuming. I promptly told him the reason why we are all here is because of the ribs we were so looking forward to and that is the single reason why I booked and paid a deposit. I was so angry and disappointed that I lost my appetite. I felt to and robbed. The fact the the restaurant's name implies you will get the best ribs
