DISGUSTING SERVICE

Went to Primi in Cavendish on Friday (27/090/2013) with girlfriend to get lunch.
Received slices of bread with garlic and cheese condiments.
Applied garlic to bread only to find a small insect inside the garlic puree.
Wanted to show manager without making a scene.
On asking waiter no.1 for the manager, suggested that the manager is BUSY. After insisting he eventually said he would while not showing any urgency. Eventually I asked waiter no.2 to call the manager, he blatantly refused, responding "No, no, no you talk to me", after a long protruded, pointless confrontation from this waiter, another waiter confronted me to suggest he sort things out and once again refusing to call manager. At this point, I was fuming at the lack of customer service and outright poor manners shown by these waiters. I then requested the waiters give me the managers number if he can't come out from his office or wherever he was. Eventually the manager shows up. NO SINCERE apology, and starts making excuses, suggesting the insect came along with the garlic?! At this point I explain the attitude of his waiters, with once again no apology. My girlfriends drink had something floating in it as well. DISGUSTED!
