Pathetically Slow Service

Quick summation of complaint. Sat down at 19:15. Ordered a garlic bread as starter immediately. Its now 19:50. 35 minutes later and still we sit with only drinks on our table. No communication from the waiter whatsoever. Manager came and give us a lame excuse about section being busy, while half of the tables are open. This is truly pathetic service. How can you wait more than 30 minutes for a starter. This already leaves a horrible taste in our mouths even before we have the meal. Never ever stepping foot in this place again. Pathetic!!!
