[Please note the complaint includes passing the buck and bad attitude]Our deplorable experience began with the waiter getting my husband's order wrong. A few seconds later our son's duo pizza of seafood and carnivore arrived with a shelled snail adhered to the bacon. The waiter said it was the manager's call. When she arrived, she berated him in front of us for the wrong order. They argued for a while and he said he had 6 other tables and he blamed another waiter for the order mix-up. Then he showed her the snail and her response was, "How did that get there? It must have come from the seafood." We had the distinct impression that they thought we had placed it there. The absolutely disgusting fact that it was there AT ALL did not bother her. Although they remade my son's pizza, we were not offered it free. To exacerbate it all, my pizza arrived stone cold. We wanted to leave but was told earlier that we could not cancel an order. Our waiter deliberately avoided our table for the rest of the meal. Then when we paid, the waiter still had the audacity to come right up to the pay-point to see if we had tipped him. It was horrible, a nightmare and we will never patronize that restaurant again.
