Do not waste your time and money on this branch

On the 3 of March 2013, eight of my family members visited Eldoraigne Wimpy (at Eldo Square). We ordered 8 separate meals which all arrived at different times (meaning people at the table were waiting for food whilst others were eating). Meals that arrived where mixed up. ordering brown toast, resulted in receiving white toast. Meals that were advertised as having 'steak' arrived with a sad looking lamb chop. The highlight was when two identical meals (ordered at the same time with the same cooking instructions) arrived in different forms. Almost raw lamb chop, hard boiled egg and burger patties that were cooked till it could be used as a hockey puck.

After complaining and speaking to a supervisor (who was very helpful considering her situation), the owner never showed up to apologise or even find out what happened.

Sadly, i'll never go back, what a shame and what a pity that Wimpy, a South African favourite has to be tarnished by this outlet.
