Plaka is one of my favourite restaurants - I have been to all the branches but last night's visit to Umhlanga was superb - the service from Ayanda made the evening one of the best evenings I have experienced there! His attention to detail, explanations and suggestions and superb knowledge of the menu and wine list made himby far the best waiter I have experiened in many a year!! Congratulations!! I have no doubt he will rise to fantastic heights! Adam Nosworthy
