It's not a restaurant it is a joke

In a nut shell, first visit: waiter told us it's happy hour and we ordered our drinks but charged normal prices on bill. Enquired and waiter explained we ordered later than the time stipulated, which we wasn't made aware of. He left and return and said 'Manager approved', as we were waiting for the card machine to process the payment, he made a very big gesture of scribbling the reason on the bill as to why we were 'charged less' and made a point to let us know he is very unhappy.
2nd visit: Monday evening. No wine. I mean, come on, a restaurant that has no wine?? Waiter said purchase was not made.
3rd visit: we were hesitant by the past experiences but very tempted by the lovely scenery; as we waited, we saw patrons getting restless and the next thing we know, a man walked up to the kitchen to collect his own food!
4th visit: totally convinced we are stupid thinking we will give it another go. Waiter shoved the menu to us with the page opened to the breakfast page, told us they 'only trade on cash', had our drinks delivered after15 minutes and later tell us they don't serve breakfast anymore. That was it, we are never, ever, stepping into that dump anymore.
