My husband and I stay 5 minutes walk away from Westwood mall. We ordered a pizza and were told it would take 45mins to 1 hour. After an hour we call and ask to speak to Bridget who the order had been placed with. She firstly advises that they are busy. So we ask how many pizzas can be made in one oven at a time. Her answer "I dont know". Then the excuse changes to drivers being unable to manage their deliveries.

At no point did she apologise on her and on Debonairs behalf. Not even when we mentioned this to her and advised that we were going to report this. Then the driver calls with our delivery. Before we can even ask if the gate is opening he drops the call. My husband looks for the remote (assuming the buzzer is not working) and an umbrella and walks up to the gate. When he gets there - there is nobody.

I am typing this complaint as we eat 2minutes noodles. This behaviour is unacceptable. If Debonairs is short staffed. why not increase the number of casual workers for peak periods? Training on customer service and telephone manners is also very important.
