Debonairs Pizza
Debonairs needs a lesson in customer service

My wife ordered a pizza for collection at 6:37 pm. we advised that it would take us 15 minutes to get there to collect. At 6:50 when we got there it was not even in the oven. we asked to speak to the manager and the lady that arrived only gave excuses such as they were busy. why then did not phone usvand let us know or at least apologise. we got our pizza at 7:12 pm. I am not impressed.
