One Extremely Unhappy Custome

On wed 27/02/2013 I (khotso) had lunch with a female colleague
she oredered the 350g t-bone & I, the 500g t-bone
to our surprise when they arrived there was a very minimal size difference between them
we immediately mentioned this to our waitress & voiced our dissatisfaction with the "larger" of the two
while waiting for the manager to respond (a process that took all of 20 minutes), i proceeded eating
Dean (mngr), when he did arrive, firstly tried to pass the buck by saying "unfortunately there was nothing he could do as all cows are made differently and subsequently there would be different cuts" &
secondly he tried to allude to the fact that i should have raised my concern at the outset
when i pointed out to him that it was in very poor taste and extremely bad manners to assume that i did not raise the point as i had been awaiting him for 20 minutes
Dean then had the affrontery to ask me what he should do, upon my pointing out to him that when i order a Spur speciality, my expectation is getting value, he then offered a 200g sirloin
Muneer (mngr), was very confrontational in repeating exactly what Dean had said about not being responsible for what they get delivered & thus serve.
