Waiting 20minutes to get Service

I went to spur lastnight and was seated by Moloi a very friendly gentleman. he informed me that he will get the waitor shorthly... 15minutes later we stil werent served and everyone around us were getting served so i guess Spur doesnt want us to come when they are busy or should i say Spur cant handle it when they busy. i walked out after 20minutes and yes i did time it, as i was leaving i told moloi that im very disappointed to wait this long and nobody served me and he just looks at shocked not knowing what to say thats when i just walked away
