BAD SERVICE AFTER A COMPLAINT

I complained previously using hellopeter regarding this branch, we were offered to come back to teh store the service was excellent as teh store was trying to rectify their mistake, however on Sunday I returned to the store again, and same poor service as the first complaint-waiter Tebogo, we had to get his attention everytme we needed something inclluding our orders and bill. The burger my fiance ordered was burnt, and we were not offered the garlic parmesan etc for my pizza, when enquired we were told you didnt have any.
Seems like a norm at this branch to have poor service.that was my last vist...
