Never gotVouchers Promised for Cockroach in Burge

On 29th Dec, I purchased 4 burgers, one of which had a live cockroach in it. Lovely! jumped out onto the wrapping on the first bite. This was from steers in Princess Crossing on the West Rand. Complained to HelloP that same Saturday. Got a call a couple days later from steers and the franchise manager. The manager promised to send me vouchers as I did not want food from his store. Understandable?? Gave him my details and still waiting for the vouchers.

Got all the nonsense about how sorry steers is about the bad experience and its not the standard steers prescibes to. Agreed, obviously a lower standard. Now I know, this is what customer service is all about.

On 25th January I commented on my HelloP report (feedback) that I had not received the vouchers. To date, heard nothing from steers!!!
