BAD SERVICE AND FOOD

Hi,

I want to submit a complaint. I was at the Adega Mooikloof branch last night. Firstly I cannot complain about the service as there were no service! When we entered the place, almost ten minutes after standing around like fools the waiter said "Sit anywhere" I mean, really?? Obviously, having said that the waiter had no idea where we were seated. In a cold dark spot outside. After another 15 minutes I had to get up and call a waiter!!! That being said, I immediately ordered the food as I saw this is going to be a looong night. We ordered the Monk Style rump, and I am very particular about the way a steak is prepared. I placed the order and asked the waiter very nicely to make sure it is medium rare, in fact, I repeated it! After about 45 minutes of waiting our food came, and my steak was as dry as a rock. After calling the waitress twice I decided to get up and look for the manager myself! He came and was helpful and said that he would take it back and bring me new food within 2 minutes. Well that was no lie, the food was there in 2 minutes as I think they just took the steak out of the fridge and placed it on the plate. It was not medium rare, this time it was rare, blue!
