On the 31st of January I phoned KFC at The Bridge in PE at approximately 17h45 to place an order for collection. I spoke to a Charne who promised me that my order will be ready for pick up when I arrive at 18h40. When I got there, I was told that my order wasn't ready and no one knew about it, and worst of all, there was waiting time for Chicken. I told them that I spoke to Charne, so I then spotted her coming into the store from the outside, and then the cashier called her and told her about my situation. She had guts to say " you can see mos that there is no chicken, so where must I now get it from", which to me its clear disrespect. The reason I had ordered was to avoid inconveniences such as the one mentioned above, as a result, I had to wait for about 10 minutes. Have to say though, Nosicelo and Alyssa helped me efficiently. They also mentioned that this Charne is always rude to customers and a lot of complaints has been received by the store, with no action taken. Please take this complaint seriously because as a customer, I don't expect to be treated badly, and its very bad that compliants are received and ignored, so make sure action takes place in this regard.
