Hair in ice cream

I bought 5 ice creams from the kfc here in jeffreysbay starting eating after i drove away i saw that my niece wasn't eating hers she then said there is a hair in it... a hair!!! then after about two months i went back to try again this time 10 snack burgers after waiting 45 min for 10 snack burgers i drove off when i reached my hous there was only 8 burgers if it isn't the service that is the card machine off the drive thru is always broken or "eish sir e e e e we dont have the stock" how the dont you have stock???
