Disappointing experience

The Steers at Greenstone was very disappointing, our experience at Steers is usually a good one however this one was absolutely terrible. The service was unfriendly, unhelpful and very disinterested. Any question we asked the server was met with a very disinterested and one word answers. The food was also not up to the standard that we have come to expect. The Chips were undercooked, gressy, cold, and unseasoned, the Hero roll was not put together well, there was a piece of chicken on one side, the roll was also soggy. We ate in the restaurant so it not like there was lots of time between when we got the food to when we ate for that to be the reason why the roll was very soggy and for the chips to be cold.
