Spur Columbine Bad Service

After having lunch and a few drinks at Spur Columbine we received our bill. We were incorrectly charged for a few drinks and when alerting the waitor she couldn't help us. She called the manager who was arrogant and had a bad attitude not even listening to our complaints. They brought us an analysis of the bill with the times we ordered and the drinks we were quering were ordered according to their documentation after we had received the bill. We we furious and the manager had a "don't care" attitude and he was unwilling to help. We left Spur Columbine unhappy and will NEVER go to that Spur again. We are loyal customers of Spur and if this is the way they conduct business we would rather spend our time and money on other competitors that value our business. I was shocked with the service we received and could not believe the way we were being treated. This bad service is unacceptable and I don't appreciate the way customers are attended to. I await a response from Spur and would like them to deal with this matter in a constructive manner.
