Promise of 10 to 15 min waiting period broken

I ordered a pizza in store and in front of the counter it says - 10min waiting period. I waited 25min and it was not even busy! This was not the first time this has happened.

I am a regular customer that enjoys your food profoundly, but the service rate is horrible at hours between 7PM and 9PM.

Please make this a area to be focused on
