SHOCKING!!! Thanks to you my Valentines dinner turned into a nightmare!!! Somerset Mall Ocean Basket's food is really shocking, could not believe there where 30 people standing in a line to enter. Placed a take away order at 18h40, was told my order will be ready in an hour. Ok I understand because it's going to be a busy evening. Arrive at 19h40 my food is cold!!! Don't know how long it's been standing there. Just paid R250.00 for a meal. Best part still to come. Get home so warming up this cold platter, now we are going to start eating, first the calamari steak was like tyers then my husband spots in one of the mussels a hair and NOT a normal hair, if you know what I mean!!! So just want to thank you for a wonderful evening and throwing R250.00 in the bin, like we can afford it in this day and age!
This was a complaint we posted on there website and no reply yet and it's a week later!
