Ocean Basket
Absolute NO! NO! For Ocean Basket (Waterfront) BFN

On 2013-02-20 my wife, daughter and I went to Ocean Basket (Waterfront) in Bloemfontein. We arrived at 18:15. The shop was not busy. After receiving our drinks and the ordered starters in good time we placed the order for our main course. After having waited for about 30 minutes for the main course we enquired at the waiter about the delay. He indicated that he also addressed the matter.

After about 10 minutes I approached the manager on duty and indicated the problem. Suddenly the food was brought in a rush but the orders were wrong and the food cold.

We left the shop very unhappy at 21:15... STILL HUNGER...

To make matters worse: THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAPPENED WITH US AT THE SAME OCEAN BASKET!! The previous time we we offered an excuse and a R100.00 voucher.

This time please keep the R100.00 voucher.

I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT SHOP AGAIN!!!
