Poor service

Southdowns is the closest branch and I have to try and correct the situation by complaining about the poor service i receive everytime I'm there. The chicken is usually oily and overdone or there is none whatsoever and often have to wait 10-15 minutes to get any. The last time I purchased 2 portion of wings. They were rubbery and dried out yet we were still served that inferior quality. I get more wings and drumsticks in my boxes of 5/6 cause I'm told they have to get rid of it cause they have too much. The rounder fillets are dry and seems as though they prepare it fist thing in the morning or it was left over the day before. Best of all No matter how small my order maybe... most of the time they either leave out my chips/kiddies meal or my gravy and it cost more in petrol to drive back to get it... anyway why should i... Is it that difficult to remember an order??? Really guys. for such an upstanding shopping complex you are situated in, you have low grade service. PLEASE IMPROVE
