We ordered a vegeratian pizza at 11am to be delevered. The pizza arrived ar 12pm, the sticker on the box was black and according to your policy the pizza is free. On further inspection a margarita was delivered when a vegetarian was ordered. The delivery guy had no change on him and took out money to go make change. The pizza was taken back and the vegetarian pizza was delivered half an hour later. On arrival of the correct pizza a R21 difference was asked to pay in when the me u specifically states that a large veg is R45.90 and a margarita R42.90. The manager at the branch claimed it was our fault even though they wanted to charge us R21 extra. We are regular clients ordering there once a week and are disgusted with the service & will not order from ur store again until this matter is investigated, and until the manager of the store calls us with an apology and we demand to be recompensated for the inconvenience and the demand for the difference in price. We demand 4 this complaint to be taken further or this would result in us and every other person we know 2 never visit or purchase at ur store ever again. We demand that the regional manager and the manager of the store call us.
