My daughters birthday spoilt

It was my daughters 11th birthday Monday 18th Feb. and we chose to take her to the Alamo spur, since it was reccomended and because we wanted to cheer her up since she was a little ill. My daughter was still playing in the play area when our (slow) waiter came with a sparkling stick and the other waiters followed him while they clapped their hands to come and sing the b.day song.
We had to call our daughter to hear them sing to her, but when she came to her table, the sparkling stick was dead allready and they started to sing, but the waiters were standing down the isle and not even giving their attention to whom and what they were doing, all while the other people were looking at my daughters table. I felt so sorry for my daughter cause I could see the embarresment on her face. A dead candle with one (slow) waiter standing at her table, the others not really involved.
All they had to do was to come and ask/tell us that they are ready to come and sing, then we would have called our daughter to her table.
Very bad experiece for my daughter, me and my friends.
I could have gone to the spur closer to me, but chose Alamo spur on reccomendation.
Now I don`t know next time.
