Bad attitude and late delivery

I placed an order yesterday at 12 o clock then 7 minutes later I added to that order. After 1 o clock the order arrived and the pizza was cold and the cooldrink that I ordered was not included. I then called the branch and spoke to Anette (the manager) who was very inconsiderate and made me feel as if my query was not important at all. She then dropped the phone in my ear after I questioned her on the companies policies. I called back and asked if there is a number to call if I have any complaints and a guy by the name of Liberty said he does not have the number. Anette then called me back (still with an attitude) she told me that I can get a 10% discount and the cooldrink that was not included in the order would also be free. I ended up paying for the cooldrink and only got a R10 back. Overall I feel that the service I got was pathetic as I also work with clients.
