John Dory's Fish
Elastic band found on spinach!!!

My fiance & I recently visited Durban and went to John Dory's at Gateway for dinner. We both ordered steak with vegies and whilest enjoying my first bite I could feel there was something in my mouth. Took it out and it was an elastic band. I called the waitress and she took it to her manager who told me that it was not their fault as the spinach comes packaged by their supplier and is tied in elastic bands. Instead of offering me a new meal or voucher, he offered that my passion fruit and lemonade would be discounted. I had to pay for that meal and still had to go to Nando's thereafter to get a meal for myself. Worse was to pass the buck to the supplier instead of being appologetic to me & to offer good service. Was really dispointed especially since we had a wide choice of restaurants we coud have chosen at Gateway
