Service, Hygein, destruction of personal property

On Sunday 17/02/2013 12:00 to 14:30 I was at Clearwater Mall's Spur having my birthday lunch with 5 of my friends. In the 2 hours that we were there, at least 8 plates where dropped and shattered by various staff. One plate that was dropped proceeded to splatter all over me and my guests. It took about 10 to 20 minutes for a manager to come see me and apologise. The manageress took my details to phone me the next day as my clothes were badly stained. As to yet I have not received a phone call and am still battling to remove the stains from my clothes. I have always enjoyed going to Spur with my family and friends and am afraid to recommend this to anyone again! It was like they had a no care attitude! I would hate to think what would of happened if myself or someone else was cut by the broken crockery or even burnt with the hot food. This is unacceptable.
